1xBet Payment Methods: Deposits and Withdrawals
GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfer and crypto in PHP
Limits, processing times and deposit steps

Depositing via GCash

GCash is the fastest route into your 1xBet balance for most Filipino users, and it’s the method the app defaults to showing first.
- Open the 1xBet app, tap your balance, and select Deposit.
- Choose GCash from the payment method list.
- Enter the amount (minimum ₱100) and confirm.
- You’ll be redirected to the GCash app or a GCash login prompt to authorize the payment.
- Funds land in your betting balance instantly once GCash confirms the transaction.
PayMaya and GrabPay follow the same pattern: pick the method, confirm the amount, authorize on the wallet’s own screen. The only real differences are the minimum and maximum limits shown in the table above.
Bank Transfers
Bank transfers suit larger, less time-sensitive deposits better than they suit chasing in-play odds. BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank and Security Bank are all supported, with no upper deposit limit, which matters if you’re funding an account well beyond what e-wallets allow per transaction.
The trade-off is speed. Deposits typically clear within one to three business days, and withdrawals take two to five. If a weekend falls inside that window, expect the slower end of the range, since banks don’t process transfers on Saturdays or Sundays.
Cryptocurrency Deposits and Withdrawals
Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether are all accepted, and each behaves differently once it hits the blockchain rather than a bank’s internal ledger.
- Bitcoin (BTC): around 30 minutes, waiting on 3 network confirmations.
- Ethereum (ETH): around 3 minutes, waiting on 12 confirmations, which sounds slower but moves faster due to Ethereum’s shorter block time.
- Tether (USDT): around 10 minutes, waiting on 6 confirmations.
Crypto withdrawals run around the clock, unlike bank transfers, but anything above ₱50,000 triggers a manual review that can add one to two hours. That’s a security measure, not a system fault, so don’t resubmit the withdrawal if it’s sitting in review.
Withdrawal Limits and Verification
Your daily withdrawal ceiling depends entirely on whether your account has completed KYC verification (submitting a valid ID and proof of address).
- Unverified account: up to ₱10,000 per day
- Verified account (ID + address): up to ₱150,000 per day
Submit your verification documents before you need a large withdrawal, not after. Review can take time, and a pending KYC check is the single most common reason a withdrawal stalls despite the money technically being available.
Where to Find Deposit and Withdraw Buttons
Menu placement is identical on both platforms, so this applies whether you’re on the iOS app or the Android app.
- Deposit: Open the app → tap Account (or your balance at the top) → select Deposit
- Withdraw: Open the app → tap Account → select Withdraw Funds → choose payment method
When a Payment Doesn’t Go Through
| Symptom | Likely Cause | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit not credited | Confirmation still processing on the payment side | Check your GCash, PayMaya or bank history first to confirm the transaction actually completed before contacting support. |
| Withdrawal stuck in “pending” | KYC not yet completed, or amount triggered manual review | Verify your account if you haven’t already, and allow the standard review window before escalating. |
| Bank transfer slower than expected | Weekend or public holiday | Transfers submitted on non-business days resume processing the next working day. |
| Crypto transaction not reflected | Not enough network confirmations yet | Check the transaction hash on a public blockchain explorer to confirm confirmation count before assuming it failed. |
If a deposit or withdrawal problem persists beyond the timeframes above, contact 1xBet support directly with your transaction reference number ready. For bonus-related payment questions, see our bonus and promo code guide, or check the FAQ for quick answers.
